Introduction
This International Online Symposium is a joint initiative between SCSE, IILM University, India, the Polytechnic University of Viana do Castelo (IPVC), Portugal, Örebro University, Sweden, and Oxford Brookes University, United Kingdom. The aim is to encourage research among Bachelor's, Master's, and early-stage researchers through presentations, expert talks, and collaborative discussions.
Symposium Overview
The online symposium will include research paper presentations, keynote lectures, expert guidance sessions, and interactive discussions between students and faculty from all the participating universities.
Key Outcomes
Edited books will be published as an outcome of the symposium. These books will include selected research contributions from students and faculty from all institutions and may be published with reputed Springer Nature book series.

Five focused research themes spanning AI & intelligent systems, information systems, complex systems engineering, emerging technologies, and digital transformation.
While the symposium will accommodate a broad range of research themes across multiple tracks, the final book proposals will be more focused. We will selectively narrow down the topics for each edited volume to ensure thematic alignment, academic depth, and a structured contribution roadmap that meets the standards of international publishers.

Submission Guidelines
Paper format & requirements
- Papers must be original and unpublished
- Table should be editable
- No screenshots of tables
- Formulas should also be editable
- Figures should either be open access or self-made (No AI-generated figures)
- Full paper length: 6–8 pages
- Follow IEEE / APA formatting guidelines
- References should be in numbered format (numbered citation style)
- No plagiarism is allowed
- All submissions undergo double-blind peer review
